RETURNS
All sales are final. No Refunds will be issued.
​EXCHANGES
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit to be used at a later date to our showroom in Atlanta within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Contact charlieleatheratlanta@gmail.com ahead of time for in person returns or for a Return Authorization # if you are shipping us a package. All merchandise returned for exchange must be in perfect saleable condition. All returns will be denied and or refused without proper authorization via email.

REPAIRS
​
We offer repair services for all items** that are a year or less old from the purchase date on your receipt at no charge if we deem that the issue is a production defect. If we cannot repair it we will exchange it for you and provide you with a return label both ways for free.

Items that are more than a year old will be repaired for a fee. Shipping charges apply both ways.

All repair requests will be processed via email only at charlieleatheratlanta@gmail.com.
For instructions send an email with proof of purchase and a picture of the defective item.

Normal tear and wear will not be repaired.
